Bacon Wrapped Potato Bites

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Thoroughly wash the potatoes. After that, pat them dry. Chop these into 1-inch chunks. Place potatoes in a medium sized pot, pour water until all potatoes are covered and allow to boil. Add two teaspoons of salt to the water. Cook potatoes 3-4 minutes after boiling. Using a mesh strainer, drain the water and place it in a bowl. Add in olive oil, rosemary, ½ teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper. Toss to ensure that potatoes are well coated. Cut the bacon strips into three parts. Wrap the potato bites with one bacon strip and secure it with the use of toothpick. Place potatoes in a lined baking sheet. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes. Flip the potatoes afterwards. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes more. Mix hot sauce and sour cream in a small bowl. Place the potatoes in a serving tray and serve with the dip on the side. Cheesy Mushroom Pull Apart Bread

Prepare the mushrooms by putting a skillet over medium heat. Add in butter and melt. After melting, add in the mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes. Add in the thyme and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes more. Set mushrooms aside. Prepare the bread by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Using a bread knife, slice the bread length- and widthwise. Avoid cutting through the crust of the bread. Place loaf in a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Insert the cheese slices in between the cuts that you have created. BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place crackers in a food processor then grind. Set it aside. Afterwards, place bacon and hamburger in the food processor. Process it for about one minute. Add in cheese and the ground crackers. Pulse everything to combine well. Form the resulting mixture into 1 inch balls. Arrange in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
