Skillet S’mores

For this recipe, you do not need a campfire. With just a skillet, nutella and a few ingredients, you are ready to make the best s’mores recipe of your life. This recipe allows you to enjoy the s’mores goodness all year round! Ingredients can be found at From Brazil To You.

Preheat your oven to 450º F. Get your skillet and add in the chocolate chips to form an even layer. Top off the chocolate layer with a layer of marshmallow. After placing the ingredients, place the skillet in an oven. For the first 2-3 minutes, the skillet must be loosely covered with aluminum foil. For the last 2 minutes, you can remove the aluminum foil and continue baking. Bake until the chocolate has melted and the marshmallow layer has turned slightly brown. The entire baking process will take just about 4-5 minutes. Allow the skillet to stand for a few minutes. Once slightly cold, serve this with graham crackers on the side. Dig in!

Grilled Nutella and Marshmallow Sandwiches

Spread Nutella on one bread and place a layer of marshmallow on the other. Put your pan or skillet over medium heat then add butter and allow it to melt. Once the butter has melted, put the two slices of bread with Nutella and marshmallow on the buttered skillet. Once the other side is golden brown, flip it. After grilling both sides, create a sandwich out of these two breads and slice it however you wish.

No Bake S’mores Mini Cheesecake

Let’s start with the crust. Get your mini cheesecake pan and grease it thoroughly. Place graham crackers in a food processor and process it until it is finely ground. Pour melted butter into the food processor and pulse until the graham crackers are already moistened. Place the mixture in each cavity of the pan and firmly press into the bottom of the cavity. Set it aside. For the cheesecake part, Place the sugar and cream cheese on an electric mixer and beat until the mixture is already creamy. Pour the melted chocolate then divide the mixture into the cavities of the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill overnight. For the frosting, place a saucepan with water over medium heat and place the heatproof bowl of electric mixer on top of the pan. Add in the cream of tartar, sugar and egg whites. Whisk the ingredients constantly for 3 -4 minutes. The sugar must already be fully dissolved by then. Place the bowl back to the mixer and start beating on low speed and gradually increase to high until you have achieved stiff and glossy peaks. Pour the vanilla then continue beating. Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe a dollop into each of the cheesecakes. Toast marshmallow toppings using kitchen torch and garnish with a slice of chocolate bar of your choice. Refrigerate.
