Fry beef, Italian sausage and onion until everything turns brown. Drain excess fats. Get your garlic keeper and stir in garlic along with spinach and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes. Set aside then wipe pan using paper towel. Cook noodles according to the instructions stated in the label. Drain, set aside and allow to cool. Melt butter in frying pan. Whisk in flour and continue whisking until mixture is already smooth. Cook for 1 minute. Add in milk, one cup at a time. Continue stirring as you add the sausage mixture, salt, tomato sauce, tomatoes and chili pepper. Season to taste. Get a rectangular glass baking dish and grease it with non stick spray. Line the pan with 3 lasagna noodles. Top each layer with 1/6 of the sauce that you have created. Spread sauce evenly and top off with grated cheese. Create two more layers of pasta, sauce and cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cook pasta in a pasta pot according to instructions. Get a small pot and boil salted water in it. Add in kale and the greens and blanch for 2-3 minutes. Drain water well using a colander. Set the greens aside and allow to cool. Place Parmesan cheese, garlic, walnuts and lemon juice in food processor until everything is well mulched. While the motor is still running, pour olive oil. Scrape down the sides of the processor. Continue processing until the mixture is already smooth and well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Mix sauce with the pasta and serve.
