Preheat oven to 425. Spray the baking sheet with cooking oil. Cut the carrots into smaller slices. Place an all clad French skillet over medium heat. Place butter and allow to melt. Pepperoni Pizza Waffles

Pour warm water into a small bowl. Add yeast and let it dissolve in the water. In a separate bowl, place flour. Pour the yeast water on top. Mix the flour and water until all the flour gets wet. Add in seasonings and olive oil and mix everything well. Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead it for a few minutes. Place dough back into a bowl. Cover it with a damp cloth and set it aside for 25 minutes. As you wait for the dough to rise, put seasoning and tomatoes in the food processor. Pulse until everything is smooth and place it in the bowl. Once the dough has risen, cut it to create four balls. Flatten balls to create discs that are 5 inches in diameter. Add a few tablespoons of sauce in the dough and spread it well. Add six pepperonis, two slices of mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with another dough then cook in the waffle maker for 4 minutes.

Spray the waffle maker with nonstick baking spray. Place about 35 to 40 tater tots in the waffle maker. Press the waffle maker down for 5 minutes. Once the waffle is already crispy, you can remove it from the maker and place it in a plate. You can add poached or fried egg on top. You don’t have to be Southern to love pecans. In fact, people from all over the US (and the world!) are in love with this nut. Pecans are great to munch on, but even more magnificent when whipped into delicious deserts. With that in mind, here are some pecan-inspired recipes that you should try:

Homemade Pecan Sandies

Place the oil, butter, granulated and powdered sugars in a large mixing bowl. Mix ingredients together until smooth. Add in the vanilla and egg and beat everything until they are properly incorporated into the mixture. Mix again until well-combined. Add in the pecans and stir well. Cover the dough and refrigerate it for about 25 to 30 minutes. While you are waiting for the dough, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Scoop dough, create 1-inch balls, and arrange them on the baking sheet at least 3 inches apart. Press the balls lightly until they are all 1 inch thick. Dust granulated sugar on top of the flattened dough. Bake 10 to 11 minutes. Allow to cool on wire racks before serving.

Pecan Pie Ice Cream

The first thing that you should do is prepare the ice cream base. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees. Place pecans, 1 tbsp of coconut sugar, and coconut oil on a baking sheet, then roast them for 8 minutes in the oven. Set aside and allow to cool. Pour almond milk into a saucepan and add in the remaining coconut sugar. Stir the mixture until everything is dissolved. Mold the dough into 1 ½ inch balls and carefully arrange it on the baking sheet. Allow the cookies to chill for 20 minutes. After that, roll the dough balls in granulated sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes and allow these to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Use ready to bake crescent rolls for easy baking  and arrange them carefully in a silicone baking mat. Spread a bit of horseradish in its crescent roll. Put about 16 cups of cold water in the stock pot. Add in the beef chunks, Shaoxing wine, scallions, and ginger. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. In the other stock pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add garlic cloves, star anise, bay leaves, peppercorns and Sichuan. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add in spicy bean paste and stir well. Add in the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Lastly, add the sugar and soy sauce. Get the scallions, ginger and beef from the other stock pot. Pass the stock through a mesh. Bring back the stock pot to the heat and add some tangerine peels. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 60 to 90 minutes. After turning off the heat, allow the pot to sit on the stove with its lid on for about an hour. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Divide into bowls. Add beef, scallions and cilantro on top. Serve hot.
