Cook meatballs as you would usually do it. Bake it instead of frying it. As you wait for the meatballs to cook, cut American cheese into small pieces. You will put this on the top of the meatballs after baking. Stack the toppings into a toothpick. After baking, put the slice of cheese on top of the meatballs. Return it to the oven for a few minutes. Using the toothpick (with the ingredients), poke the meatball with cheese. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the rack in the upper third layer of the oven. Place the first 11 ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix well. Once mixed, get a portion of the resulting mixture and shape it into a ball. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and carefully arrange the balls in the sheet. On another bowl, mix a spoonful of pizza sauce with olive oil. Brush the mixture at the top of the meatballs. Bake the balls for 15 minutes.

Remove the balls from the oven. Add another scoop of sauce at the top then cover the meatballs with a slice of cheese. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes and serve.
