Honey Baked Ham

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the end of the ham down and place it in a big baking pan. Pour apple or pear juice into a bowl and add orange juice then mix well. Mix honey and brown sugar well in a bowl then brush resulting mixture over the ham. Bake for another hour. With the use of a butane torch, create small strokes to caramelize the glaze. Cook pasta until it becomes tender. Drain the water completely. In a separate bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Get a cooking bowl or dish and apply cooking spray. Hummus Mashed Potatoes

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Place the Brussel sprouts in a baking sheet and pour cooking oil on top. Toss to coat evenly. Roast the sprouts in the oven for about 20 minutes.
