Blueberry Peach Tequila Popsicles

Place peaches in food processor and puree. Place puree in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of tequila, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Pour about 5 tablespoons of the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 25 minutes then insert a popsicle stick into its center. Place blueberries in food processor and puree. Add 1 tablespoon of tequila, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well. Pour 2 tablespoons of blueberry mixture into the mold cover and freeze for 25 minutes. Pour the remaining peach mixture and freeze for 25 minutes. Top if off with the remaining blueberry mixture and freeze for an hour.

Chop the mango into cubes. Place the mango slices in the blender and add water, agave, salt, tequila and lime juice. Blend until everything is smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into a popsicle mold. Freeze molds for 1 hour. Afterward, insert the popsicle stick. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Run the molds under water for 2 to 3 seconds. Before taking a bite, dip the popsicles in chile powder.

Fry 4 strips of bacon in a large skillet placed over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Allow to cool down for a while the place it and the rendered fat in a container with a lid. Add vodka then shake well. Allow to stand at room temperature for 6 hours. Place bacon in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Remove the fat layer from the container and allow vodka to pass through the strainer and the funnel. Discard the solids. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix chili powder and brown sugar. Dredge the bacon strip into the mixture to coat well. Wrap 1 bacon strip around the breadstick. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool down. Make the Bloody Mary mix by blending all of the ingredients. Allow the mixture to pass through the strainer. Pour the liquid into the popsicle mold. Freeze for two hours. Insert the bacon breadstick into the popsicle and freeze for at least 8 hours.
