Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cut watermelon into triangles and brush each side with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle honey on top of the triangles. Place on the grill and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from grill and drizzle with more honey. Arrange the grilled watermelon in a gorgeous bowl. Sprinkle tomatoes, basil leaves and mozzarella on top. Quinoa Fruit Salad With Honey Lime Dressing

Place quinoa in a strainer and rinse it under cold water. Place a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Add quinoa, salt, and water and bring it to a boil. Allow to boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove quinoa from heat and fluff it with a fork. Set aside and allow to cool. Create the honey lime dressing by whisking honey, mint and lime juice in a medium bowl. Place strawberries, blueberries and mango in a large bowl. Add quinoa and mix well. Put mint leaves on top.

Grilled Fruit Salad

Preheat the grill to high heat. Cut the fruits in half and sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper. Once the grill is hot, place fruits face down and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove fruits from grill and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place slices in a mixing bowl. Use a teaspoon to remove the flesh of the grapefruit. Squeeze the juice over the fruit slices.
