Place 2 cups of flour and salt into the food processor, then add butter and pulse. Add a bit of water, then turn the dough onto a floured surface and pat into a disk. Wrap with plastic and refrigerate for an hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread walnuts onto a pie plate and bake for 8 minutes. Allow to cool before chopping. Place brown sugar, flour, and salt into a medium bowl, then whisk. Pinch butter into the dry ingredients to create a coarse meal. Add walnuts then pinch into clumps. Chill for 15 minutes. Place parchment paper onto the baking sheet. Place pears, apples, salt, lemon juice, and ¼ cup of granulated sugar in a bowl and mix well. Place the dough on the baking sheet, add the filling, then sprinkle streusel over fruits and fold the edges. Brush egg wash over the crust and sprinkle granulated sugar on top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Dust confectioner’s sugar on top.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange sliced apples in the baking pan. In a bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, and a tablespoon of flour. Mix well then sprinkle on top of apples. Pour water into the pan. In a separate bowl, add brown sugar, a cup of flour, baking soda, melted butter and baking powder. Mix, then crumble the resulting mixture on top of the apples. Bake for 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat loaf pans with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix eggs, coconut oil, sugar, bananas, vanilla extract and rum. In a separate bowl, mix baking powder, flour, and salt. At the center of the dry ingredients, create a well to pour the wet mixture into. Stir well. Pour the resulting batter into the loaf pan. Bake for an hour. Allow to cool as you make the glaze. For the glaze, melt butter in a saucepan. Add ½  cup of water and brown sugar. Stir and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off heat, then add orange zest and rum. Slowly pour the glaze over the bread. Wait until the glaze is absorbed before removing loaf from pan. Slice then serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Pour remaining glaze on top of the ice cream.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle the sides and bottom with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Using medium-high speed, beat 1/3 cup of sugar and eggs for 3 minutes. Using low speed, mix lemon zest, flour, vanilla extract, cream, pear brandy, and salt. Set it aside for 10 minutes. Peel, remove core, and slice the pears into quarters. Arrange the slices in a baking dish in a single layer. Pour batter over the slices. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle crème Fraiche and confectioner’s sugar on top.
