Use a coffee maker in creating your fancy coffee drink. Whisk together the hot chocolate mix, milk, caramel and coffee. Place coffee or ice cubes in a glass. Pour the drink over the cubes. Garnish the drink with additional caramel and whip cream.

Coconut Iced Coffee with Mini Chocolate Glazed Coffee Doughnuts

For the ice cubes, pour coffee on ice cube trays and allow to freeze overnight.
For the condensed milk, add sugar, vanilla and coconut into a sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a low boil. Reduce hit to simmer afterwards. Simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours. When the milk has already thickened, reduce it by half and remove pan from stove. Allow to cool down. Pour milk into the glass and store it in a refrigerator.
For the chocolate sauce, add all ingredients into a pot and cook on top of medium heat. Allow the chocolate to melt and mix with the milk. Stir well until you have formed a smooth sauce. Remove it from heat, allow to cool and place in a fridge. Re-warm it in a microwave before using.
For the mini doughnuts, place 1 tbsp of yeast and ¾ cup of warm milk in a bowl and stir until the yeast has dissolved. Add ¾ cup of flour. Stir well until you have created a smooth paste. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm place. Set it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, combine 1 tbsp and 1 tsp of yeast and ¼ cup of milk. Add in the flour mixture, egg yolks and vanilla. Mix on low speed. Add a cup of flour, salt and sugar. Mix using medium speed for about 30 seconds. Add the butter. Mix it on medium speed for 30 seconds. Replace paddle attachment with dough hook on your mixer. Add the remaining flour, adding ¼ cup at a time. Add the instant coffee. Knead on medium speed. Place dough in bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rest in a warm corner for an hour. After an hour, press down the dough gently to remove gas bubbles. Cover the dough and chill for 24 hours. Line parchment paper on the baking sheet. Roll out the dough until you have achieved 1 to 2 inch thickness. Using a doughnut cutter, create 1 ½ to 2 inch diameter circles. Using the end of pastry tip, create a small hole in the middle. Cover the donuts with plastic wrap loosely for about 5 to 10 minutes. Press the donuts lightly and once it spring back, it means the donuts are ready. Fry doughnuts in a heavy bottomed pan until golden brown. It would take 1 to 2 minutes per side. Allow the donuts to cool in a wire rack before glazing.
For the glaze, Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) until smooth. Whisk in melted chocolate. Dip the top part of the doughnut in the glaze. Add sprinkles.
To make the iced coffee, mix the coconut milk, vanilla and sweetened coconut condensed milk in a bowl. Dip a tall glass into chocolate sauce and roll it into the toasted coconut. Afterwards, drizzle chocolate syrup in the sides of a glass. Put coffee cubes in glass. Pour coffee into the glass then pour milk mixture Stir well. Add coconut whip cream on top. Place straw and put the donut on the straw. Serve and enjoy!
